Registration for KidQuest camp can be done in person by visiting our camp office at 218 Glover Road or by mailing/faxing in the applicable forms.
 
   If you decide to register in person, please drive around the back of the Church and enter through the back doors.  Signs will direct you to our registration office where Jen or Greg will be happy to assist you.

Registration Form

 
Please complete one registration form for each child attending camp. This helps us keep clear and accurate records of all relevant personal and medical information as well as extra selections (E.g. Lunch, Tuck, Extended Care).
 

The registration form for 2010 is not yet available.

Discounts
 
This year we are once again offering two discounts. Our early bird discount subtracts 10% from the initial registration free (excluding lunch, tuck, and extended care) and is available to all those who register before the deadline. 
 
Our Family discount is available to those who register more than one child from the same family for camp on the same week. For each additional child registered, $15 is subtracted off their registration fees. These discounts can be combined.
 
Examples of Family discount:
1. Two campers from the same family are registered for the same week of camp. If eligble, both can receive the early bird discount but only one camper will receive the $15 Family discount per week.
 
2. If three campers from the same family are registered for the same week of camp, all three are eligble to receive the early bird discount and two will receive the $15 Family discount.
 
In short, each additional child (to the first registered child) from the same family attending camp on the same week can include the Family discount!
 
Lunch Program (optional)
You are more than welcome to pack your child a bagged lunch for each day of camp. However, lunch is available for each day of camp to every camper for the cost of $3 per lunch (except trip days). All lunches are peanut free.

Each lunch is served with a healthy side of either salad, soup, fruit, or vegeables and juice.

Please ensure that campers have a bagged lunch for trip days (Wednesdays except Sports Camp week and July 1st). Lunches can be purchased at all of our trip destinations but please be aware that they can be expensive.


Tuck Shop (optional)

Each camper automatically receives 25 cents of tuck credit included in the registration cost. Campers may spend up to a maximum of $1 extra per day for a total of $1.25 per day. Tuck is not available on trip days as we will be away from the camp.

Please note: You may opt out of the 25 cents tuck credit by simply informing us!

Extended Care (optional)

Supervised Care is available from 7:30 - 8:40am at the cost of $3 per day and from 4:00 - 5:30pm at the cost of $3 per day. If supervised care is requested for both the morning and afternoon time slots for the entire week, the total would be $30.

Family Rate: If more than one camper from the same family is attending camp on the same week, the cost of extended care for the family is the same as the cost of extended care for one camper.

Scholarship Applications

The directors at KidQuest Camp work hard to keep the cost of camp as reasonable as possible. It is our hope that every child will be able to have an incredible camp experience.
